Value proposition

Customers can quickly and easily develop peering arrangements with any member of the IXP without having to implement and manage a proprietary international infrastructure, negotiate with the IXPs hosting entity, arrange internal cabling, or configure the interconnection. Customers retain full control of their negotiations with peering partners. IP routing is supported by MPLS thus enabling efficient traffic engineering and differentiated classes of service. Comprehensive Service Level Agreement guarantees availability, packet delivery and latency. Customer Care Web-based tool, 24/7 Contact Centre for customer support in 4 different languages, backbone management performed in NOCs located in Europe and Latin America.


A turnkey solution to provide carriers and service providers with connectivity to the main Internet Exchange Points (IXPs) in one package, including access to a virtual router, an Ethernet port and immediate inclusion in the "peering club". Virtual NAP service gives customers the possibility to have a virtual presence in selected IXPs without the need to dimension, implement and manage a complex proprietary international infrastructure and deploy IP equipment. The Virtual NAP service is provided in partnership with the major European Internet Exchange Points (LINX, DEC-IX, AMS-IX, MIX, FRANCE-IX, NetIX) in many cities around the world. Outstanding performance is guaranteed with the state-of-the-art MPLS backbone.

Product features

Cost-effective bandwidth - one single customer port to interconnect multiple IXPs - without the cost of the equipment. The Virtual NAP service supports Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet and 10 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces. Features include also flexible billing, flat rate or usage based, carrier grade reliability and performance.
