Telecom Italia Sparkle receives two Best in Class awards in the Large Global Wholesale Carrier category from ATLANTIC-ACM: Data Product Value and Sales Representatives

Global Wholesale Providers study based on over 1400 carrier ratings rewards TI Sparkle’s Data Products quality and price competitiveness as well as TI Sparkle’s Sales team professionalism and technical expertise.

Telecom Italia Sparkle has received today the two awards from industry research and analysis firm Atlantic-ACM. The award ceremony took place in Honolulu during the Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC).

The ATLANTIC-ACM Global Wholesale Report Card is an independent, market-wide customer survey study of leading global wholesale providers. More than 300 respondents, representing over 250 unique global wholesale providers, supplied above more than 1,400 individual carrier ratings, grading global wholesale service providers in categories that include brand, sales representatives, provisioning, network performance, billing, customer service and numerous quality and price competitiveness categories for voice and data services.

For the first time this year, rated operators were segmented into Large, Midsized and Under categories. In addition to TI Sparkle, the Large Global Carrier segment included AT&T, Verizon, Orange, Deutsche Telecom, BT and Telefonica. 

TI Sparkle won in two categories: the Sales Reps category, which rates sales teams in terms of Professionalism, Integrity, Technical Expertise as well as Proactive and Consultative Selling. The second category is Data Value which rates all Data products' quality and price competitiveness. Data services include Ethernet, IP Services and Managed Bandwidth.

Last November 2012, TI Sparkle had made it into the TOP 5 Global Internet Backbones ranking in TeleGeography’s 2012 annual survey, the Global Internet Research Service that provides analysis and statistics on internet capacity, traffic and IP transit pricing.

In 2012 the award for Best Data Product Value had been assigned to TATA and Level 3 Communications, while the award for Best Sales Rep to Telefonica.
