TI Sparkle receives three Best in Class awards in the Large Global Wholesale Service Provider category from ATLANTIC-ACM: Sales Representatives, Provisioning and Customer Service

Telecom Italia Sparkle received three awards from industry research and analysis firm Atlantic-ACM. The award ceremony took place yesterday at PTC, the Pacific Telecommunications Council.

TI Sparkle won in three categories: first in Service Provisioning and in Customer Service which rates Technical Expertise and Knowledge, as well as Responsiveness of front-end teams. Sparkle has also been confirmed leader in the Sales Reps category which rates sales teams in terms of Professionalism, Integrity, Technical Expertise as well as Proactive and Consultative Selling.

The ATLANTIC-ACM Global Wholesale Report Card is an independent, market-wide customer survey study of leading global wholesale providers. Nearly 400 respondents supplied more than 1,500 individual carrier ratings, grading global wholesale service providers in categories that include brand, sales representatives, provisioning, network performance, billing, customer service and numerous quality and price competitiveness categories for voice and data services.

Rated operators were segmented into Large, and Midsized and Under categories. In addition to TI Sparkle, the Large Service Provider segment included AT&T, Verizon, Orange, Deutsche Telekom, BT, Telefonica and Vodafone.
