Sparkle obtains the ISO 37001 Certificate of Compliance for Anti-Corruption Management System
Sparkle's 2023 ends with an important recognition: on December 15, the company has been awarded the Certificate of Compliance related to the Anti-Corruption Management System (ISO 37001), following an assessment process led by Sparkle's Compliance function which involved all corporate functions. ISO 37001 establishes the requirements for preventing, detecting, and responding to the risk of corruption as well as for structuring an organization compliant with anti-corruption laws and voluntary requirements applicable to its activities.
The process was carried out with both internal audits, including gap analysis and verification activities, and external audits.
The certification was issued without finding any "nonconformities." The conclusions of the certification show that "the Organization has established and maintained the management system in accordance with the requirements of the Standard and demonstrated the system's ability to systematically achieve the defined requirements for products/services in line with the Organization's purpose and objectives/policy."
In 2024, the certification process will see Sparkle committed to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Management System.
Sparkle has long been committed to the certification of its processes: in 2023, three more Certifications related to the Integrated Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Management System (ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001) were renewed, and oversight of the certification related to the Information Security Management System (ISO 27001) was performed. All certifications are valid for three years.
