Omer Telecom- Virgin Mobile and Telecom Italia - Sparkle enter into an agreement for an outsourcing contract for international voice

Telecom Italia Sparkle, a wholly owned subsidiary of Telecom Italia SpA, leading global telecommunication service provider, for Voice, Data and Internet solutions to fixed and mobile carriers and Omer Telecom, a joint venture between Virgin Group and Carphone Wharehouse, that markets Virgin Mobile in France have announced a new Voice Outsourcing Agreement that will make TI Sparkle the provider of Virgin Mobile France’s international voice traffic. 

Through WAVE (Wholesale Aggregation of Voice Expertise), TI Sparkle Voice Outsourcing solution for the E2E management of carriers and service providers international traffic, TI Sparkle will provide Virgin Mobile France with state-of-the-art business and technology expertise gained through the management of over 20 billion minutes of international voice traffic exchanged via a global set of fixed and mobile terminations, over 1,300 specific breakouts and more than 500 direct interconnections.
