Telecom Italia looks for partners for Sparkle

With reference to the article published today in Il Sole 24 Ore, entitled "Telecom Italia looks for partners for Sparkle", the Company would like to clarify that the mandate to the banks mentioned relates to the search for a partner for the sale of a minority share (49%) of Telecom Italia Sparkle, with the exception of some specific assets of the Sparkle Group (LAN Nautilus Sud America and other minor assets) that, should the opportunity arise, could be sold in their entirety.
