Telecom Italia Sparkle extends partnership with Keynote SIGOS to ensure customer satisfaction for International Voice and Mobile Data services
TI Sparkle, the international services arm of Telecom Italia Group, and Keynote SIGOS, the specialist in test and measurement products and professional services for mobile communications, announce today the widening of their partnership on GlobalRoamer, Keynote SIGOS’s End-to-End testing solution for international carrier services.
GlobalRoamer is based on Keynote SIGOS’s SITE test system designed to measure availability and performance of network services from a customer perspective. Services include testing of Caller Line Identification (CLI) delivery for international voice and of the availability of all mobile data services accessible on the home network when customers are in roaming.
GlobalRoamer’s current footprint grants service testing with more than 620 networks worldwide in 180 countries.
