Who Trusts AI Agents? Introducing Sparkle STLS-AI - Free Webinar
Sparkle, in partnership with GÉANT, will host the webinar “Who Trusts AI Agents? Introducing Sparkle STLS-AI”, dedicated to the research and education community and exploring how institutions can build trust between AI agents acting on each other’s behalf.
The webinar will introduce Sparkle STLS-AI (Symmetric TLS for Agentic AI), a patent-pending solution built on Sparkle’s experience in secure communications. STLS-AI lets agents recognise one another and establish protected relationships that institutions can govern directly. Institutions – including in particular Universities and Research centres - can establish, renew or withdraw each relationship as a collaboration evolves, without disrupting other activities on the same platform.
The approach also supports auditability, so institutions can trace identities, protected sessions and changes in trust without inspecting the research content itself. By combining symmetric encryption with quantum-safe key establishment, it builds resistance to future quantum threats into the design.
The session will walk through a representative agent-to-agent collaboration, showing how STLS-AI could support research projects with different participants, platforms and institutional rules, while the authority to decide who takes part stays with the institutions behind the work.
The webinar will feature Antonella Sanguineti, Head of Marketing & Product Management, and Ettore Pulieri, Marketing & Product Manager, from Sparkle, together with Karl Meyer, Product Marketing Manager for GÉANT.

The event is essential viewing for research and development teams that use agentic AI, as well as for those who offer services that agentic AI needs to access.
