Batelco and Telecom Italia Sparkle Sign Partnership Agreement

Batelco and Telecom Italia Sparkle, the international division of Telecom Italia, have signed a bilateral agreement to provide a range of data communication services to its MNC (Multi National Companies) customers and enhance the geographical reach of both parties.
Thanks to this key partnership, Telecom Italia Sparkle will increase its international reach in the Gulf Region by leveraging Batelco strategic hub position in the Area while Batelco will enrich its service coverage by leveraging Telecom Italia Sparkle primarily position in Europe and South America.
This deal was signed by Batelco Chief Executive Peter Kaliaropoulos and Telecom Italia Sparkle Vice President Umberto Tucci at a ceremony held on 14th June in Manama, Bahrain.

TI Sparkle and Batelco joint service offering leveraging on a global MPLS (Multi Protocol Label Switching) network, will provide their mutual customers with top level services to meet advanced networking requirements - including voice, video conferencing, real-time applications and other data services - and will ensure best in class network quality and customer care.
