TIM: Long Stop Date for the Sale of Sparkle Extended

The transaction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026

TIM, in connection with the sale of Sparkle, which is expected to be finalized in the second quarter of 2026, announces that it has signed an agreement with Boost BidCo, a vehicle controlled by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and in which Retelit holds a stake, extending the long-stop date for the closing of the transaction to 15 October 2026.
